Sardinia has many narrow coastal roads and beach approaches with height restrictions and barriers on the car parks - check in advance whether your motorhome will get through. Wild camping on the beach is actively fined in summer. In July and August, car parks at the well-known beaches are often accessible only for a fee and with a length limit.
